Still rosé from Veneto, 12.5% ABV, produced by Tenuta Sant'Antonio. 100% Rondinella blend. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A fresh and fruity rosé born from the Castagnedi family's passion for viticulture. The vineyards extend between Soave and Valpolicella, noble territories with distinct characteristics and personalities. Destemming of the grapes with light cold maceration. Non-malolactic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12-13°C in stainless steel. Floral aromas of rose, raspberry, and fruit. Pale pink color. Well-balanced by savory flavors and freshness.
