| Wine making | From a selection of the best grapes from the most suitable vineyards in the Surrau valley comes a wine with an important structure and intense aromatic charge. After brief contact of the skins with the must, fermentation at controlled temperature takes place in steel tanks, where it will evolve for several months in contact with its fine lees (batonnage). |
