Description
Still organic white wine from Veneto, 13.5% ABV, produced by Suavia. 100% Garganega. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine that tells the story of a family that has cultivated the land since 1800 in Fittà, on the hills of Soave Classico. Late harvest - late October. Harvest method: manual in crates. Malolactic fermentation: spontaneous in barrique. Aged in barrique and stainless steel for 15 months on its lees without racking, then blended in stainless steel with the remaining wine for an additional 15 months. Tropical fruit, candied citrus, and spices (especially star anise and cardamom) combined with smoky notes of vanilla tobacco and incense. Intense yellow with golden reflections. Dense and elegant. Unmistakable minerality that adds energy and freshness. Savory finish. Great persistence.

Today we three sisters, Meri, Valentina and Alessandra, carry on the family tradition and run the winery always working here in Fittà, where it all started. Read more
