| Wine making | Born from the dealcoholisation of a wine from selected grapes. Thanks to an innovative technique, the atmospheric pressure is reduced (to approx. 15 mbar) in an apparatus and with this the boiling point of the alcohol is lowered from approx. 78 °C to approx. 25-30 °C. With this procedure, the delicate aromas of the wine are almost preserved. |
