Description
Brut Champagne, produced in France by Selosse Pajon. A wine born from the passion of Jérôme Selosse, great-grandson of Jacques Selosse. The nose is open and expressive, with aromas of fresh vanilla pods and pastries, followed by nectarines in syrup with a hint of wood. Straw yellow in color, sparkling and bright. The attack is direct and generous, the palate is full and harmonious, with aromas of vanilla and sweet nectarine. Light bitterness and a long finish.

Jerome is the great-grandson of Jacques Selosse, father of Anselme Selosse. At the beginning of his career, Jerome worked with Anselme Selosse for 2 years, from 90 to 92.
