Description
From the heart of the Franciacorta hills, Brut Santus was born. A brut unlike the others thanks to the late harvest which has allowed it to obtain ripe grapes, to enhance the wonderful terroir from where they arrive, capturing the essence of the wonderful place that is Franciacorta.

In the space of three years, they planted about 60.000 vines over an area of 10 hectares and they now take personally care of vineyard management.
The Santus philosophy is based on the firm belief that a small wine growerās mission must be to protect natureās diversity and its many nuances, by rejecting standardization in any form.
In order to emphasize the strong vine-climate-terroir bond, no cuvƩe wines are produced and only single-vintage wines are bottled.
Harvesting occurs quite late into the season, giving all Franciacorta Santus wines a mineral character, complexity and structure combined with great drinkability. Read more
