The Santa Croce farm takes its name from the vineyard of the same name in Franciacorta. A single 12.4-hectare vineyard located between the municipalities of Paderno and Passirano, in the eastern part of the production area of Italy's most prestigious sparkling wine. In 2020, a new 3-hectare vineyard dedicated to Pinot Noir was planted in the municipality of Cazzago San Martino, and in 2024, work began on a 2-hectare Chardonnay vineyard in Passirano.

Since 2016, the vineyard and distribution have been managed by Bollicine Mon Amour group.
