Description

A Sauvignon that embodies the excellence of Alto Adige viticulture, with a rich and complex bouquet. The majority (80%) is fermented in steel vats, where the wine rests on the lees until the end of April. The remaining portion is vinified partly in large oak barrels (10%) and partly in tonneaux (10%). A dense bouquet of yellow fruit, gooseberry, elderflower, and ripe currant. Yellowish-green color.
