Description

What kind of wine it is

Lenz Bianco by Ritterhof is a wine with a lively character. This blend combines Chardonnay, Müller-Thurgau and Moscato Giallo. On the nose, it reveals elegant aromas of apple blossom, herbs and ripe tropical fruit. On the palate, it is juicy and rounded, driven by a vibrant acidity that invites another sip. The finish is harmonious, enriched by a slightly bitter note. Its freshness makes it perfect to pair with starters, delicate risottos and dishes based on white fish.

Where it comes from

This wine originates from the Vigneti delle Dolomiti area, among the sunny hills of Oltradige and Bassa Atesina. The vines thrive at an altitude between 250 and 450 metres above sea level, within a mountain ecosystem particularly suited to white grape varieties. The specific characteristics of this high-altitude area ensure the fruit has a marked liveliness and a clear aromatic profile. The influence of the local climate gives the glass an ideal balance between freshness and structure.

How it is produced

The vinification process involves the separate handling of each variety from the moment they arrive at the winery. After a brief maceration, the bunches are gently pressed before proceeding with the clarification of the must. The next stage involves separate fermentation in tanks at a constant temperature of 20°C. Maturation takes place exclusively in stainless steel, a technical choice aimed at preserving maximum aromatic purity and ensuring a clean flavour profile.
