Still white wine from the heart of Sardinia, Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, 13% ABV, produced by Quartomoro. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Vermentino that embodies the essence of the terroir, with meticulous winemaking that enhances its unique characteristics. Location: Arborea (OR). Sandy soil composition, from granite disintegration. Vertical trellis training system (Guyot pruning). Yield per hectare: 80 q/ha. Manual harvest into crates. Soft pressing, static decantation, drawing, fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeasts at 18-20°C. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel and at least 8 months in bottle. Intense yellow with green highlights. Hints of Mediterranean spices, the fragrance of the fruit, and a complex balsamic note as it ages. Offers great volume and good length with a very intriguing aromatic finish.
