Description
Still red wine from Piedmont, 13.5% ABV, produced by Produttori del Barbaresco. Langhe DOC, 2024 vintage, 100% Nebbiolo. Fermentation in stainless steel at 28°C for 20 days, aged for 5 months in large oak barrels. A wine that expresses the typical characteristics of Nebbiolo, with aromas of strawberries and ripe cherries, followed by tertiary notes of pepper, tobacco, and tea leaves. Full-bodied, with a strong tannic structure and good persistence. Perfect with meat appetizers, pasta, and red meats.
