Giraud is one of the last estates to maintain the manual harvest on a total area of 35 hectares, within a 1er Cru belonging to the area of Grande Champagne, and does not resort to any kind of synthetic chemistry. The natural springs that flow through the family cellars ensure the best conditions for ageing. All the cognacs produced are vintage since Giraud's production philosophy does not allow the blend of spirits from different vintages to highlight the genuine differences between one vintage and another.
