Description
Still red Veneto IGT, 14% ABV, produced by Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine. Blend: 40% Merlot, 30% Corvina, 30% Croatina. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born of love and passion, as its name suggests. The hand-picked grapes are left to dry in wooden crates inside the Fruttaio (drying room), where the grapes, thanks to humidity control and air circulation, lose approximately 30% of their water content and reach a high sugar concentration. Separate vinification takes place in steel fermentation tanks, before the blend is created. Aged in oak barrels for 6 months. Complex on the nose, with pronounced notes of red fruit and hints of spice. Intense ruby red color. Balanced, rounded, soft, and enveloping on the palate, with velvety tannins.
