Description
Champagne Fluence Brut Nature, produced by Franck Pascal in the Champagne region of France. Traditional method, no-doses, blend of 60% Pinot Meunier, 34% Pinot Noir, and 6% Chardonnay. An authentic expression of the Champagne terroir, produced with secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method with indigenous yeasts, without racking or filtration, and without added sugars in the dosage. Aged for at least 24 months on the lees. Fresh and mineral on the nose, with rich aromas of yellow fruit and brioche. Very fine perlage. Smooth and balanced, with vibrant freshness and elegant dynamism.
