Description
Still red wine from Tuscany, 13.5% ABV, produced by Il Paradiso di Manfredi. 100% Sangiovese. 0.75L bottle, 2018 vintage. A Brunello di Montalcino named after Manfredi Martini, an expert grower, and the "Il Paradiso" estate. Elegant and refined on the nose, with hints of black cherry and plum jam, dried violets, fern, tamarind, and cinereous berries, followed by licorice, aromatic herbs, and a wealth of spices, humus, pipe tobacco, cinchona, and tar. Bright ruby-garnet color. Great structure on the palate, with soft, silky tannins and a perfect fresh-savory finish.
