A Lambrusco di Sorbara produced in the historic Cristo di Sorbara area, between the Secchia and Panaro rivers in Emilia-Romagna. A tribute to the tradition and passion of Alberto Paltrinieri, who continues the legacy of his grandfather Achille. 70% Lambrusco di Sorbara and 30% Lambrusco Salamino. Fine and persistent perlage. Hints of apple peel, red fruits, and strawberry. Pale ruby red color. Dry and fruity, savory, perfect for pairing with traditional Emilian dishes.
