Description
Pas dosé white from Franciacorta, 12.5% ABV, produced by Monte Rossa. Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 1.5L magnum format. A Franciacorta that embodies the excellence of Italian production, born from the passion and dedication of a historic winery. The Coupé exudes a suave aroma with hints of elderflower and white peach. In the glass, it evolves, revealing vegetal and marine notes with a fresh almond finish. Straw yellow, luminous, with lime peel highlights. On the palate, the contrast between the creaminess and balanced perlage with the "whipping" freshness is striking, with a savory and balsamic finish.
