Description

At the “heart” of Masciarelli’s history. The private and professional bond between Gianni and Marina originated this product line bearing her name in 1991. Consisting of 6 references, Marina Cvetic line is characterized by the presence of international grapes in purity (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay) beside Montepulciano and Trebbiano. The interpretation of these wines is original and has a character. Marina Cvetic wines have full body and are elegant and are a “lone voice” for the most demanding and technical experts.

Details

Profumo

Perfume

The woody vanilla, although well perceptible in this juvenile phase, never compresses the sense of smell, but gives shape to the sticks of a wide fan embroidered with broom, artemisia, sweet citrus, kumquat, golden plum, winter melon, fresh hazel, turmeric, white pepper, honey health biscuit.

Colore

Color

It dresses in gold and the set of glyceric arches.

Gusto

Taste

The palate develops full, fresh and elegant, almost creamy and perfectly calibrated in its various components, enclosed by iodized mineral accents, reflecting the particular geology of the terroirs of origin, the Theatine hills on the slopes of the Maiella and the Bucchianico of the gullies.

Masciarelli Tenute Agricole was established in 1981 from the entrepreneurial intuition of Gianni Masciarelli, a symbol of Italian wine and protagonist of the success of modern wine production in Abruzzo. The beating heart of the winery is in San Martino sulla Marrucina, in the province of Chieti, and includes vineyards and olive groves, in all 4 provinces of Abruzzo.

Wine production – while also having a small production of extra virgin olive oil – now has 22 labels and seven product lines: Classic Line, Gianni Masciarelli, Villa Gemma, Marina Cvetic and Castello di Semivicoli. Villa Gemma, Iskra, Marina Cvetic, Castello di Semivicoli, Gianni Masciarelli, Linea Classica e La Botte di Gianni.

In the constant and renewed work for innovation, but with respect for the environment and tradition, Masciarelli inaugurated, after a long restoration, Castello di Semivicoli, a seventeenth-century baronial mansion, which is now a Relais de Charme in the vineyards, a driving force of wine tourism in the area.
