Description
Mandrarossa Passito di Pantelleria Serapias 0.5L 2022, an aromatic white passito produced by Mandrarossa (Settesoli) in Sicily. A Pantelleria DOC, made from Zibibbo grapes grown on volcanic soil. 0.50L format, 14% ABV. The grapes come from various districts on the island of Pantelleria: Bukkurham, Monastero, and Piana di Ghirlanda. Aromas of citrus, roses, jasmine, and raisins. The wine is aged for approximately 10 months in steel silos and for approximately three months in bottle. On the palate, it is full and rounded, with mineral and sweet flavors. Very long and persistent. A wine that tells the story of a unique territory and a thousand-year-old tradition.
