Perfume Pure, precise and radiant bouquet. The intense aromas of Pinot noir recall the harvest, the pure, ripe and concentrated fruit: red berries (redcurrant, wild raspberry, blackcurrant) and tart, raspberry liqueur. This is followed by the sweet spices, smoky notes, the hint of reduction (smoky, spicy) of Pinot noir with its undergrowth notes.
Taste Concentrated, broad palate, in which the red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) are concentrated in a decisive and intense texture, which develops in two phases reflecting the extremes of the year: a silky and broad initial attack (the f inal maturity) followed by a resolute and intense freshness (the cool summer). A feeling of concentration, a whirlwind of flavours that explode elegantly and gradually like salt bubbles on the palate. The saline, iodine impression is combined with smoky hints and acidity, giving umami and an infinitely tasty finish.
