Perfume Bouquet of yellow fruits (nectarine), ripe and concentrated citrus fruits (lemons) accompanied by sweet notes of pollen/petals reminiscent of almonds (sugared almonds) and freshly cut wheat. Incredibly ripe fruit, complex and intense, characterised by strong aromatic notes, pure and decisive, with slightly smoky undertones.
Taste Velvety palate, caressing, rich and juicy. The bubbles, almost salty, are enveloped in a broad, concentrated texture; refined balance between matter and fragrant, powdery, saline chalky freshness. Smoky, slightly woody notes extend the long, deliciously chiselled finish.
History We blend grapes from our own vineyards with those from selected 'Cœur de Terroir' plots at partner winegrowers.

Brut Champagne, produced by Louis Roederer in the Champagne region of France. Blend: 41% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 24% Pinot Meunier. 0.75L bottle. An excellence that expresses the mastery of Maison Roederer, with a bouquet of yellow fruit, ripe citrus, and sweet notes. Malolactic fermentation at 35%. Regular and dynamic perlage. Velvety, rich, and juicy on the palate, with a long and deliciously refined finish. Awarded 93 points by James Suckling and 92 by Wine Spectator and Robert Parker. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes.
