Still red from the Aosta Valley DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Les Cretes. Blend of 70% Petit Rouge and 30% Pinot Noir. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion of the Charrère family, who have been dedicated to heroic viticulture in the Aosta Valley for six generations. Fermentation for 8 days in stainless steel (28-30°C), daily pumping over. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel. Fresh, refined, and delicate, with a floral (violet and rosehip) and fruity (red berries) nose. Ruby red. Delicate and elegant on the palate, with a subtle acidity.
