Description
Brut Champagne made using the classic method, produced by Krug. Blend: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. An iconic Champagne, the Grande Cuvée, a blend of wines from different vintages, expresses the excellence of the House of Krug. Aromas of freshly bloomed flowers, ripe and dried fruit, marzipan, gingerbread, and citrus. Notes of hazelnut, nougat, barley sugar, fruit jelly, citrus, almonds, brioche, and honey. The palate is delicate and intense, long, fresh, and persistent. White fruits dominate over yellow ones and are complemented by citrus through the characteristic lemon notes of Krug Grande Cuvée. Delicate nuances of white flowers and violet caress the palate, giving way to notes of eucalyptus and menthol.
