Description
Still red wine from Etna DOC, 14.5% ABV, produced by Graci. Blend: 95% Nerello Mascalese, 5% Nerello Cappuccio, 2022 vintage. A wine that embodies the volcanic soul of Sicily, an explosion of aromas and flavors that tell the story of a unique territory. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 10/15 hl oak vats. Aged for 24 months in 15 hl oak barrels. The intense bouquet features notes of blackberry and blackcurrant, with a finish that alternates hints of violet and laurel. Ruby red in color, with a garnet finish. Full-bodied and intense, with lovely agility and a good tannic texture, a savory, mineral, and persistent finish.

Grapes and volcano, these are the wines of Graci, unique interpreters of an extraordinary terroir. The winery is an old and majestic palmento skilfully restored by Alberto. Here, one part is occupied by the production structure, while another part, with cross vaults, still houses the old barrels and tools for wine production. Read more
