Description
Still red wine from Etna DOC, 14.5% ABV, produced by Graci. 100% Nerello Mascalese, 2021 vintage. A wine that embodies the essence of the volcanic terroir, with an aroma reminiscent of blackberry fruit, Mediterranean scrub, and aromatic herbs. Ruby with subtle translucence and flashes of garnet. On the palate, it presents itself elegantly with velvety tannins, a balanced, fresh, glycerine composition, and a long, savory finish. The finish is infinitely persistent, reflecting consistent varietal and territorial notes. A wine that expresses the passion of Alberto Aiello Graci, who chose to return to Sicily to cultivate bush-trained vines.

Grapes and volcano, these are the wines of Graci, unique interpreters of an extraordinary terroir. The winery is an old and majestic palmento skilfully restored by Alberto. Here, one part is occupied by the production structure, while another part, with cross vaults, still houses the old barrels and tools for wine production. Read more
