Description
Still red Barolo DOCG, produced by Gaja, a legendary Piedmontese winemaker. 14% ABV, 100% Nebbiolo, 2019 vintage. A Barolo that embodies the excellence of a producer who has shaped the history of Italian wine, founded in 1859. A seductive bouquet: a potpourri of red flowers, followed by cherries and black cherries, berries, and aromas of fern and camphor blend with darker notes of earth and roots, licorice, and fine spices. The palate is the embodiment of Conteisa, taut and elegant, harmonious and expressive, with supremely classy tannins. The finish is like quicksilver, long, lively, and varied.
