Description
AOC biodynamic Champagne, classic method, brut, 12.5% ABV. Produced by Françoise Bedel, who cultivates 9 hectares of vines ranging from 30 to 60 years old, with an approach that enhances the qualities of the terroir. 2008 vintage, 0.75 liter bottle. A wine with a vinous expression, the result of a careful selection of grapes: 45% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir. Aged for 13 years on lees. On the palate, the wine is fresh and persistent, with a complexity that slowly unfolds. A unique sensory experience that tells the story of a family and a region.

Fernand and Marie-Louise Bedel were the first generation and Françoise Bedel took over part of the estate in 1979. The plots have different subsoils, which allows for blending according to the terroirs and the elaboration of 'terroir' cuvées. The champagnes are the expression of a rigorous method that brings out and enhances the qualities and particularities of the earth, the vines and the fruit. Read more
