Description
Organic extra brut classic method champagne from the Champagne region of France, no vintage indicated, produced by Franck Pascal. Blend: 67% Pinot Meunier, 33% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle. A unique sensory experience, born in the heart of the Marne, in Baslieux sous Chatillon. On the nose, aromas of ripe gooseberry, raspberry, peach, apricot, and quince combine with roasted coffee beans and chalky notes. Deep straw yellow in color with golden highlights. Smooth on the palate, precise and refined, it offers a long, persistent finish.
