Still white wine from the Cinque Terre, Liguria, 13.5% ABV, produced by Forlini Cappellini. Blend of Albarola, Bosco, and Vermentino, 2023 vintage. A true symbol of heroic viticulture in the Cinque Terre, the Forlini Cappellini winery is a historic company with a traditional style. With little more than 1 hectare of vineyards available in the municipality of Manarola Germana Forlini and Alberto Cappellini, together with his son Giacomo, produce about 10 thousand bottles a year of absolute value, divided between the dry white and the wonderful passito Sciacchetrà. The wines produced are strongly linked to the agricultural tradition of Liguria, given the inaccessible position of the terraces overlooking the sea that prevents any mechanization, and also for the choice of the family Cappellini, who prefers the "normal and usual" work by hand. For this reason, Forlini Cappellini's wine stands out among a thousand others not only for the Mediterranean scents and flavours typical of the wines of the Cinque Terre but also, and above all, because it contains within itself the spirit of the men who make it.
