Description
The hillside above Trento, with its clayey-calcareous soils, welcomes Manzoni Bianco and ripens its grapes at the end of September. This is how this crossbreed, born from the union of Rhine Riesling with Pinot Bianco, succeeds in expressing the character of the Fontanasanta vineyards. Its ability to evolve over time requires patience; Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco is a wine that will tell its story at least two or three years after the harvest.
