Description
Sicilian still white wine, 13% ABV, produced by Feudi del Pisciotto. 100% Grillo, 2023 vintage. A wine that embodies the essence of Sicily, with an elegance and freshness that make it perfect for any occasion. The winery is located in southeastern Sicily, just minutes from Caltagirone, Piazza Armerina, and Vittoria, between the miraculously intact Roman Villa and the ceramics capital, 7 km from the sea. The Feudo dates back to the 1700s and was one of the largest in Sicily at the time. Aged for 4 months in stainless steel, 2 months in bottle. On the nose, it offers fruity notes of white peaches, tropical fruit, honey, almonds, and floral hints of jasmine and flowering meadows. Straw yellow in color, varying in intensity. On the palate, it is rich, fresh, and persistent.
