The terroir of Burgundy is one of the most important not only of the whole of France, but of the whole world; right here in fact we make some of the white and red wines that are more appreciated in every corner of the globe, both by simple enthusiasts and by those who take the wine very seriously. It is a wine-producing region where wine has always played a primary role, and where it is very easy to find wineries that have made this activity their reason for life for several centuries.

An excellent example of how wine has centuries-old traditions is represented by the Domaine Fernand et Laurent Pillot, whose origins date back to the seventeenth century. The Pillot family, rooted in the small town of Chassagne-Montrachet, has in fact always been linked to the production of wine and the making of barrels, and it is mainly thanks to the fourth generation, represented by Fernand and Laurent, that the territorial development of the Nowadays, the winery extends over about 15 hectares of vineyards, included in some of the most important AOCs in the region such as Chassagne-Montrachet, Volnay, Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault.

Chardonnay and pinot noir are grown, the typical grapes of the region, to which is added a very small percentage of aligoté. Every operation in the vineyard and in the cellar takes place following ancient local traditions reinterpreted in a modern way, thanks to the use of the most recent technological innovations, always taking care to use sustainable approaches, without the use of herbicides or pesticides.

Every year we make 20 labels, equally divided between white and red wines, where finesse, class and elegance coexist harmoniously, giving sensations that are always extremely pleasant.
