Description
The intimate reasons for this wine lie in my youth, in being an agronomist, in the land, in the people of Casentino, and finally in its coolness, of which pinot noir, an absolute grape, greatly regales in vibratile finesse and elegance. In all the production choices made since the planting of the 3 hectares in the years 2004-2007, the funds of science and 'tecne' have accompanied the hand in cultivation and the feet in the labour of wine, with care and respect.

In the total 4 hectares of vineyards, 44,000 pinot noir and abrostine vines, an ancient Etruscan grape, are planted as thick as peppercorns.
All the grapes are vinified parcel by parcel and each one for itself." (Federico Staderini) Read more
