Description
Still white wine made from Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore, 14% ABV, produced by Fattoria Coroncino. Vintage 2024. A wine that embodies the excellence of the Marche region, with production beginning in 1985. The bouquet is varied, with notes of candied citrus, yellow peach, melon, acacia, and almond, before opening to fragrant, salty notes. A dazzling straw-gold color. Fresh, savory energy enriches a compact, velvety structure, amplifying the rediscovered aromas. It lingers with savory, mineral notes.

The wine producer is the one who is informed about techniques and goals and knows what and how to do in order to have the highest quality grapes and wines and how to replicate them without hesitation in quantities and with the characteristics required by the market.
Unfortunately we are not because we do not tell the vines what and how to do, we do not establish their diet, we prune them according to their individual characteristics and capabilities. We try to get the grapes to ripen without poisoning us and
the vines. We therefore harvest not what we have produced but what we find.
In the cellar, we press the grapes and with that we fill the tanks that will autonomously and independently will carry out fermentation with the yeasts that have developed.
At the time of bottling we put together the wines that get along well, they will not necessarily be necessarily all of them. We have to feel that they play together, it means that we do not bottle what we have produced but what we find.
