Soil composition Medium-textured, calcareous and stony.
Harvest Early September. The grapes are harvested by hand in crates, then placed whole in the press from which the first must flower is separated.
Wine making Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a low temperature. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine remains on the lees for a period of maturation, during which several bâtonnages are carried out.
