From these beautiful grapes are born wines with strong personality making the cuvèe different from each other. Eric Taillet has always created Champagne capable of gratifying the most demanding customers. A perfectionist who preserves in each of his champagne a typicality and style that is recognized at the first sip.
The vineyard covers 5.70 hectares divided into 6 municipalities around Baslieux sous Chatillon. A charming location in the heart of the great "valley de la Marne" where the Pinot Meunier reigns supreme. There are also Chardonnay and Pinot Noir used for some Cuvée. The land, which is basically marly, clayey and sandy, is a source of nutrients for the vineyards, a real blessing for the sparkling bases of this area. Read more
