Description
Aromatic still white wine produced by Elena Walch in Trentino Alto Adige, 14% ABV, 100% Gewürztraminer, 2024 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and complexity of Gewürztraminer, an aromatic grape par excellence. The characteristics of this grape are reflected in its intensely aromatic bouquet, ranging from notes of rose petals to flowers and spices. Before fermentation, a 6-hour maceration on the skins takes place. The grapes are then softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The wine then ages for several months on its lees in stainless steel tanks. Bright yellow with golden highlights. On the palate, it releases all its finesse with a fresh body, harmonious elegance and an intense finish.
