Description
Don Q Sherry Double Cask Finish Rum, sourced from Puerto Rico, aged for 5-8 years. 0.70 L, 41% ABV. A rum born from the wisdom of six generations of the Serrallés family, who have been perfecting the art of rummaking for over 150 years. A blend of rums aged in American white oak barrels and then finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. The nose is complex with toasted notes and notes of almond, raisins, honey, and ripe cherry. On the palate, the warm notes of sherry contribute to a full-bodied and enveloping rum with aromas of chocolate, creamy caramel, and toasted wood.
