Still organic white wine, Alsace AOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Domaine Pierre Frick. 100% Pinot Blanc. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born from the passion of the Frick family, who have cultivated the vineyard in Pfaffenheim for twelve generations, converting the domaine to organic farming in 1970. The musts ferment with their own yeasts, with a light addition of sulfur and minimal filtration before bottling. Maturation takes place in oak barrels between eighty and one hundred and thirty years old. Aromas of white flowers and yellow peaches. Flavors of yellow fruits (peaches) with a fruity and fresh finish.
