Description
Classic Method Extra Brut Champagne, 12.5% ABV, produced by Domaine Lagille & Fils. Blend: 64% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir, 7% Pinot Meunier. 0.75 L bottle, 2012 vintage. A vintage that tells the story of a region and a family that has cultivated a passion for Champagne for generations. Our vineyard is located in the Ardres Valley terroir, a hidden and wild beauty on the western slopes of the Reims mountains. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by yeasty notes reminiscent of the long lees aging. Straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is fresh and mineral, with a fine and persistent perlage that invites further tasting.
