Description
Still white wine from Burgundy, 13% ABV, produced by Domaine Vincent Bouzereau. 100% Chardonnay, 2023 vintage. A Meursault Les Narvaux that embodies the elegance and finesse of great Burgundy whites. The grapes are pressed, then racked into temperature-controlled tanks for 24 hours. No artificial yeasts are added, only indigenous yeasts to preserve the typical characteristics of the terroir and the vintage. Fermentation takes place in barrels at the natural temperature of the cellar. The wine is bottled after 15 to 8 months of aging on the lees. Racking takes place after malolactic fermentation. Filtration if necessary depending on the vintage. Bottling at the domaine. The nose is powerful and balanced. The palate offers subtle white flowers, fresh butter, and notes of dried fruit, with a citrus finish and a beautiful structure.
