A spirit born from the passion of Renzo Rosso, founder of Diesel, and his Diesel Farm, an oasis of biodiversity in the hills of Marostica. Distillation is entrusted to the artisans of the prestigious Capovilla distillery, using a rare bain-marie process in small copper stills. Smooth, fragrant, velvety, and aromatic, this grappa is a tribute to tradition and the local area.
