Classic method pas dosé Champagne, produced by Delouvin Nowack Champagne. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle. A Blanc de Blancs that celebrates the purity of Chardonnay, with an elegant and refined expression of the Champagne terroir. Arriving in Champagne from Paris, the first area you encounter is the Vallée de la Marne, a splendid valley characterized by beautiful vineyards sloping down to the river, vineyards whose undisputed king is Pinot Meunier. On the nose, fruity and floral aromas are complemented by notes of citrus. Straw yellow with golden reflections. On the palate, the wine is fresh, soft, and persistent.
