Description
Classic method brut rosé sparkling wine, produced by Cantina Sociale Trento, Trentodoc. 12.5% vol. Blend: 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75 l bottle. A Trento DOC born from the union of small producers united by a passion for the region. The grapes are hand-harvested into small 150-200 kg containers. After a brief maceration of the destemmed grapes, the base wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation, maintaining a temperature of around 17°C to allow for fermentation to last 10-14 days. In spring, after a brief aging period for the base wine, the cuvée is created and the necessary sugars are added for the secondary fermentation. The wine is then bottled and aged on the lees for at least 30 months. It has a fresh aroma, with fruity and floral notes and a slight hint of yeast. On the palate, it is fresh, elegant, well-structured, and slightly mineral.
