Brut Charmat Method sparkling rosé, produced by Col Vetoraz in Veneto, 12.5% ABV, 100% Pinot Noir, 2022 vintage. A tribute to the Veneto sparkling wine tradition, with a Charmat Method that enhances the freshness and elegance of Pinot Noir. Aged for 12 months. Second fermentation in a large container using the Charmat Method. Second fermentation: 60 days. Elegant with hints of bread and mature yeast. Dry, harmonious, and with good length.

The Miotto Family settled on this hill in 1838 and started growing Prosecco and Cartizze grapes.
In 1993 Francesco Miotto, a direct descendant of Miotto family, together with Paolo De Bortoli and Loris dall'Acqua established the current Col Vetoraz.
