Jurançon Sec Météore from Clos Larrouyat is a biodynamic white wine with a taut and vibrant profile, made from a blend of Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng. Characterised by a delicate straw yellow colour, it offers a fresh bouquet with prominent citrus notes and hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is dry, harmonious and boasts remarkable persistence. It is an ideal companion for white meats, poultry, refined cheeses and dishes based on lean fish. It is best served at a temperature between 10 and 12°C.

Where it comes from

This wine originates in the South West of France, within the picturesque region of the Atlantic Pyrenees. The area benefits from a unique microclimate, influenced by the proximity of the ocean and the protection offered by the mountain ranges.
