The story dates back to 1800 when the Ciavolich family, from Bulgaria, decided to start the wine-making business. having settled in Abruzzo in 1700.

Chiara Ciavolich has been at the helm of the company for some years, skilfully blending tradition and innovation, giving a personal style that speaks of territory and quality.

Also this year Pecorino Aries has been confirmed at the top of the production, one step from excellence, followed by a respectable production that places this company among the best in the region.

Harvest Manual harvesting and selection at the end of August and beginning of September. Hand-picked grapes are carried in small cases and crushed and softly pressed.
