Still organic red wine from Emilia-Romagna, 14% ABV, 100% Sangiovese. Produced by Chiara Condello. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Sangiovese Riserva born from Chiara Condello's passion for the Predappio area, with the goal of producing a wine that expresses the high potential of these vineyards. Spontaneous fermentation in wood, maceration for 25-45 days, and aging in 35-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels. A wine that tells the story of a unique terroir, with an artistic, watercolor design on the label.

A Sangiovese that returns exactly my ideas of winemaking. I have chosen a little piece of land close to a forest, in the heart of the appellation Predappio, in between 150 and 300 meters above sea level. Here the vines are deeply rooted in a poor calcareous-clay soil which is rich in pliocenic sandstones called Spungone. Here 3 million years ago there was a sea, and from here I started working to produce a wine that is the expression of this uniqueness. Read more
