Still red Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, Bordeaux, 14.5% ABV, produced by Chateau Laroque. Blend: 99% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc. 0.75L bottle, 2015 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance of Saint-Émilion, with a history dating back to the 12th century. Produced on a limestone plateau, this Grand Cru Classé offers a unique sensory experience. Blueberries, black cherries, and black raspberries with hints of lilac, Indian spices, unsmoked cigars, and espresso. Medium to full-bodied with wonderful concentration, firm, very fine tannins, superb freshness, and a very long, mineral finish. A wine that pairs perfectly with red meats, game, and mature cheeses, ideal for a memorable dinner.
