Description
Still white wine from the Pouilly-Fuissé AOC in Burgundy, France, produced by Chartron et Trebuchet. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance of Burgundy Chardonnay, with an intense and refined expression. Vinification follows the classic method. The grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the cellar. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks temperature-controlled at 18°C. Second fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by a minimum of 18 months of aging on the lees. Intense and fragrant, fruity and refined, with notes of exotic fruit, jam, and citrus. Straw yellow with golden highlights. Buttery on the palate, perfectly balanced between acidity, savory flavors, and smoothness. Long, persistent finish.
